ExoticERP

About ExoticERP

ExoticERP is subscription software being built for exotic and luxury rental operators, shaped by more than a decade of firsthand ownership and operating experience.

A note from Nic Price

I have spent more than 10 years owning and operating in this business. I have seen the pressure at the front desk, the questions that come up before a vehicle goes out, and the work that follows when a rental does not go as planned.

I wanted to build ExoticERP to address problems I have experienced firsthand and that other operators will recognize: information scattered across documents and messages, unclear handoffs, and time spent finding the facts needed for the next decision.

Customer service is personal

Customer service matters deeply to me. I strive to be great at it, and I want that standard to shape ExoticERP: listen carefully, communicate clearly, follow through, and treat the operator’s problem as something worth understanding.

The purpose of better software is to give teams more room to serve their customers while keeping the operating record clear.

Let’s build around the way you work

Come talk to us about your workflow and processes. I enjoy tailoring this product and service around my clients to help them better serve their customers.

I will always listen to my peers about ways to make the work easier. If you have an idea, a frustrating handoff, or a process we could improve, email me at techadvice@exoticerp.com.

Work smarter, not harder.

What we are building

Our product direction connects renter eligibility and insurance review, vehicle condition evidence, incidents, repairs, and financial recovery. A private demo is where we show current capabilities and discuss what fits your operation.

Stories from the business. Facts you can examine.

On the operator journal, I will share stories from my experience and the lessons behind them. We will distinguish personal observations from sourced facts and label illustrative examples clearly.

The goal is useful, honest discussion of the problems operators face every day.

Judge the value in your own operation

Start by measuring one workflow during your first week: time spent reviewing documents, finding evidence, or completing a staff handoff. Compare the result with your existing process, then assess it against subscription and setup costs. The return depends on your volume, adoption, and results.

Let’s talk about your fleet

Tell us where your team loses time or visibility and what better customer service looks like in your business.
