ExoticERP

Privacy Policy

Effective October 9, 2026

This policy describes how ExoticERP handles information through this public website, blog, demo form, and related inquiry correspondence. It does not replace any customer agreement or notice covering operational records inside the ExoticERP application.

Information we receive

When you request a demo or contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, business email, company, fleet context, operational challenge, message, and optional marketing preference. We also maintain submission and consent records, including the applicable consent wording and version.

Our hosting and service providers process technical request information, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect their services.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond, arrange demos, communicate about your request, maintain business records, and protect against misuse. Promotional email requires a separate explicit opt-in. Requesting a demo does not automatically subscribe you.

Providers and disclosures

The demo form is hosted by Airtable. Inquiry records and consent evidence are maintained there, and Google Gmail is used for requester confirmations and correspondence. Our website hosting provider delivers and protects the site. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices, including Airtable’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.

We may disclose information where necessary to comply with law, protect rights and security, or work with service providers supporting these purposes. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Website measurement and browser storage

Our traffic measurement counts aggregate page views, visits, demo-link clicks, and broad traffic sources. A visit means the first measured page in a browser tab session; it is not an exact count of individual people. We do not use advertising pixels or persistent visitor identifiers for this measurement, and we do not record form contents, URL query strings, or full referring URLs in traffic counts. Daily-changing protected IP fingerprints help limit abuse.

Session storage prevents repeated page loads from counting as new visits in the same tab session. Local browser storage remembers an optional “Don’t count this browser” setting. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected by our measurement. Embedded providers may use their own cookies or storage. Clearing browser storage removes the exclusion setting.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed for the purposes described here, business recordkeeping, security, and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and its purpose. We use access controls and service-provider protections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may decline marketing without affecting your demo request. To withdraw marketing consent or ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you provided, contact support@exoticerp.com. Depending on applicable law, additional privacy rights may apply. We may verify your identity and retain records where legally required or needed to honor suppression preferences.

You can exclude this browser from website measurement on our traffic preferences page.

Other websites, children, and international processing

External links and embedded services have their own practices. This business website is not directed to children under 13. Providers may process information in countries other than yours.

Updates and contact

We will post changes here with an updated effective date. Contact ExoticERP at support@exoticerp.com with privacy questions. Please do not submit sensitive renter or payment records through the public form.
